Yeah, but it would mean that you could cast Lightning Orb twice. It means that with 5 eles spiking you, it's 5x2x115 lightning damage.

2. Lightning hammer
3. Invoke Lightning
4. Chain lightning
5. Lightning Orb
6. Lightning Bolt
7. Arcane Echo
8. Rage

Or for HM dungeons, tank (just to ball em) 1 healer (for the tank) and 6 AoE fire eles and one with a snare.

This skill has received alot of speculation for how it may be put to good fair use. Im glad i made the original post.
